Jake moved to Breckenridge in 1990 and has now been part of the local community for over 30 years. He attended Breckenridge Elementary and Summit High School before earning a degree in Marketing from The University of Denver. Growing up in Summit County has given Jake many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. He competed on several different ski teams and truly cultivated a love for the mountains. After graduating from the Daniels School of Business in 2006 it was this love for the mountains that brought him back to Breckenridge.

When Dina made the decision to transition into real estate, she sold the business to one of her top planners, leaving behind a legacy that continues to thrive in Breckenridge today.

Dina’s devotion to continuous learning has led her to expand her skillset as a Broker, obtaining a diploma in Interior Design in 2018 to offer her clients professional home staging during the sales process and design services after their home purchase. The same year, Dina became a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ and a proud member of "The Million Dollar Guild," signifying her expertise in high-end properties.
